For Cancellations Made by You:
If you choose to cancel your trip, Sai Golden Travels will initiate the refund process according to the applicable cancellation fees:
- Cancellations 4 hours or more before departure: 75% refund.
For Cancellations Made by Us:
In the rare case that we must cancel your travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues, strikes, or other emergencies), we will offer:
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
- Alternative Travel Dates: We will also offer the option to reschedule your travel for a future date without any additional fees (subject to availability).
3. Processing Refunds: How Long Does It Take?
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). However, the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary:
- Credit Card/Online Payments: 7–14 business days.
- Bank Transfers: 7 business days.
- PayPal or Digital Wallets: Typically within 3–7 business days.
