1. Ticket Booking Process
- Booking Confirmation: Once you book your ticket with Sai Golden Travels, you will receive an email confirmation with your travel details. Please verify all details carefully.
- Ticket Issuance: Tickets are issued electronically, and a digital copy will be sent to your registered email address. You can print it or show it on your mobile device while traveling.
- Booking Validity: Your ticket is valid for the specific dates and times mentioned. If you need any changes, please inform us well in advance.
2. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: For all bookings, an advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Ticket Modifications and Changes
- Changing Your Travel Dates: If you need to change the dates of your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Name Corrections: We allow minor name corrections (e.g., spelling errors) on tickets, but these must be requested at least 4 hours before departure. Major changes to the name may require a cancellation and rebooking.
- Special Requests: If you have special requests (such as seat preferences, or assistance requirements), please inform us at the time of booking. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, though availability may vary.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You:
- Refundable Tickets: If your ticket is refundable, the amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation. Cancellations made 4 hours or more before departure are eligible for a 75% refund.
- Non-Refundable Tickets: Some tickets, especially discounted or promotional ones, are non-refundable. In these cases, you will not receive a refund if you choose to cancel.
Cancellation by Sai Golden Travels: In the rare event that we have to cancel or significantly change your travel arrangements (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, etc.), we will offer:
- Full Refund: A full refund of the amount paid.
- Rebooking Option: You may choose an alternative date, subject to availability, without additional charges (if applicable).
5. Baggage Policy
- Checked and Carry-On Baggage: 20 KG baggage allowed per person for free.
- Excess Baggage Fees: Additional charges may apply if your baggage exceeds 20 KG.
6. Terms for Special Offers and Promotions
- Promotional Tickets: Tickets purchased through promotions or special offers may have specific terms and conditions, including non-refundable or non-changeable clauses. Be sure to review all details at the time of booking.
